Refund Policy
At CC's Sweets, I pour my heart into every order. Because I am a small-batch baker, I purchase ingredients and begin prep work specifically for your order. Please review my policy regarding changes and cancellations:

Cancellations & Refunds
Full Refund: If you need to cancel your order, you are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the time the order was placed.

No Refund: Once we are within 24 hours of your scheduled pickup or delivery, the order is non-refundable.

Rescheduling & Adjustments
I value my relationship with my customers and understand that life doesn't always go as planned!
Need to reschedule? If something comes up, please reach out as soon as possible. While I cannot guarantee a new slot, I will do my absolute best to accommodate a date/time change if needed.
Need to adjust your order? If you need to change a flavor, quantity, or detail, please contact me at least 1-2 days prior to your pick-up or delivery date. I will always do my best to make the adjustment!
