Pick-Up Policy
We offer order Pick-Up for all orders. We offer two convenient ways to pick up your order if you prefer to skip the delivery fee.

1. Neighborhood Pickup (Free): For the privacy and safety of our home kitchen, the exact pickup location is kept private. The specific address and "Arrival Instructions" will be sent to you via email/text only after your order has been placed and confirmed.
2. Neutral Site Meet-up ($5.00 Fee) If you would prefer to meet at a public, neutral location that is convenient for both of us, we can arrange a "Halfway Meet-up." This option may carry a small $5.00 fee. Locations must be agreed upon at least 24 hours before the pickup time.
Delivery Policy
We offer door-to-door delivery within the Tri-State area (Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana) for a flat convenience fee based on your distance from Covington, KY:

Standard Delivery: $5.00 (Within 0-20 miles of Covington)
Extended Delivery: $10.00 (Outside 20+ miles, within the Tri-State area)

Delivery windows will be coordinated via email or text once your order is confirmed. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order, as many of our items are perishable.
Additional Notes
To maintain the quality of our bakes, please arrive on time for your scheduled pickup. If you are running late, please text us as soon as possible.
Orders not picked up within 30 minutes of the scheduled time (without prior communication) may be subject to a rescheduling fee or forfeiture of the order without a refund.

Once an order has been handed over or delivered, CC's Sweets is no longer responsible for any damage caused by improper transport or storage.
